ECRI has released a list detailing the Top 10 Health Technology Hazards. The list, which ECRI is offering for free for a limited amount of time details the various hazards and offers various recommendations to circumvent them from occuring.
The list is made up of these hazards:

The Joint Commission and Aramark have teamed up to write a whitepaper titled “Health Care At The Crossroads: Guiding Principles for the Developement of the Hospital of the Future”.
