Stryker Medical has been issued a subpoena by the Attorney General on New Jersey for the release of several documents relating to “financial interests and arrangements of physicians participating in certain clinical trials for or on behalf of the company.”
Seems like a bunch of companies are getting into trouble for paying off physicians to write supporting reports for equipment and drugs that are going through trials. Combining this with the FDA issue of approving devices that never should have been approved, and it makes me wonder what medical equipment out there is actually good…
Your thoughts?

The medical equipment you can trust has at last been on the market for 5 years with no recalls & has been used consistently by over 500,000 patients worldwide. Wait a minute, I never actually check background statistics before the hospital connects me to some medical device. Oh wait, everything at my local hospital is really old anyway, so I’m sure I can trust it…… right?
It seems as the economy worsens so does the ethics of the medical community. Did you hear about the South Dakota Urology Center reusing disposable medical equipment, exposing thousands to disease last month. When will it end?
